The British husband faces six years in jail for adultery after police caught him having sex with his mistress at the tip of his suspicious wife in the Philippines.

A British husband has been arrested after he was allegedly caught having sex with his mistress at the family home in the Philippines.
Kevin Robert Stitt, 36, was placed under police surveillance – adultery and concubinage are illegal in the Catholic country – after allegations by his suspicious wife that he was having an affair.
The Briton riding a motorcycle was followed by police officers who saw him return to a property he shared with his Filipina wife as she was out seeing relatives in Cebu province in mid-afternoon on July 4.
Officers then broke into the house in the coastal town of Tuble in Moalboal to find Mr Stitt and his alleged mistress Rowena Torres, 30, in bed together “in the act of committing the act”.

Speaking today, an officer from Moalboal police station said in a telephone interview: ‘The Briton is under investigation. He has a private lawyer. His name is Kevin Robert Stitt.
The Moalboal Police Station confirmed that the couple were caught in the act and were detained.
The officer added: ‘The wife came to ask us for help. The house where they were found was a marital property.
“They were sleeping together when officers entered at 1:40 p.m..”
Stitt is being questioned on allegations of marital infidelity, which is punishable by up to six years in prison.
Meanwhile, his alleged Filipino lover, Ms. Torres, may face charges of concubinage, which is punishable by up to four years in jail.
Officials said investigations into the incident are ongoing and the husband, wife and alleged mistress are being interviewed.
