A group of 18 amateur footballers were reportedly forced to flee after two of them were caught smoking by security at a bar and nightclub on Palma’s seafront.

The men were reportedly thrown out of the bar and beaten by security guards with batons, with a witness telling Mallorca Zeitung: ‘Each of the 18 received at least one hit. All’.
