George, Charlotte, and Louis may be royals, but they’re kids nonetheless.

And their parents, the Prince and Princess of Wales, could be our future King and Queen, but they’re parents first.

We got a rare glimpse into their family dynamic just two days after the Cprayer, when William and Kate, along with their three sons, visited the Upton Scout Group in Slough as they led the nation in a volunteer day.

At many points during the day, which was Louis’ first outing, seven-year-old Princess Charlotte referred to his mother Kate as “mama,” a name William also uses to refer to his wife when talking to their little ones. .

Five-year-old Prince Louis appears to call ‘Mom’. While Kate refers to William as ‘Dad’ in front of the young royals.

However, not only Kate and William have their own last names, but also their children.

During the outing earlier this month, Kate was overheard calling her youngest son a very sweet nickname: ‘Lou Bug’.

As the Waleses prepared to roast marshmallows after completing their hard work, Kate was overheard telling her youngest son: “Put that on the fire, Lou Bugs.”

Elsewhere, she was heard lovingly praising her ‘doll”s hard work as he did his best to help with the arduous tasks at hand.

But Louis isn’t the only nickname in his family, and one, in particular, was given to him by his father, Prince William.

Charlotte’s sweet nickname was revealed in a video posted by Kensington Palace on Instagram, showing the family of five at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2019.

As the three children are seen running around and enjoying the outdoors, at one point William called his daughter, but instead of calling her Charlotte, he called ‘Mignonette’.

Mignonette is a French word said to mean “small, sweet and delicate” or “cute.”

The Princess of Wales opts for a simple yet classic nickname for her daughter, as she was previously known to call her ‘Lottie’.
