I’m having login issues with my WTF1 team account, what can I do?
If you have just created an account for Team WTF1, it can sometimes take 48 hours for the payment to be fully processed. If you continue to have problems, please email us at [email protected] and we will help you more.
What payment methods do you accept for WTF1 Team subscriptions?
We currently allow payments by credit or debit card and Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so check back soon for updates.
We’re very sorry if your preferred payment method isn’t currently supported, but remember that we won’t be removing any content from our regular schedule, so none of our existing content will be affected.
Do I have to be a UK resident to join Team WTF1?
You can definitely sign up as an international fan with Team WTF1. However, due to travel restrictions, our events are currently taking place primarily in the UK.
As an international member of Team WTF1, there’s still plenty of virtual stuff you can get involved in, like exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions, and other perks like discounts on our merchandise. We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that everyone who is in different time zones can attend.
