Kanye West has a lot less money these days than he did a few weeks ago.
Looking into the near future, meanwhile?
The embarrassing human being will also have much less fun.

On Thursday night, West announced his plans to clean up his life for the next month or so. We also mean it literally.
“I am taking a 30-day cleanse. A verbal fast. No alcohol. No adult movies. No sex,” the 45-year-old tweeted, adding:
“In God we praise. Amen. But my Twitter was still on.”
West, of course, has been pretty unhinged lately, claiming that White Lives Matter… threatening the Jewish people with death… and losing a number of endorsement deals in the process; most notably his lucrative association with Adidas.

“You can’t be anti-Semitic when you know you’re Semitic,” the musician also wrote on Thursday.
In the midst of his ongoing slump, West has tried to apologize a bit on several occasions, but it only seemed to make his situation worse each time.
Last week, for example, he compared himself to George Floyd, the Minnesota resident who was killed by a police officer in May 2020.
“God has shown me by what Adidas is doing and by what the media is doing, I know what it feels like to have a knee on my neck right now,” West said at the time.
“So thank you God for humbling me and letting me know how I really felt.
“Because how could you humiliate the richest black man other than making him not a billionaire in front of everyone with a comment?”

Adidas, for its part, said on Oct. 25 that it will lose more than $200 million this year after severing ties with the superstar… but in the end it had no choice.
“Adidas does not tolerate anti-Semitism and any other type of hate speech,” the company said in a statement at the time.
“Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.
“After a thorough review, the company has made the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy-branded products, and stop all payments to Ye and his companies.
“Adidas will stop the Adidas Yeezy business effective immediately.”

West’s recent tirades, which included a “go to death with 3” threat against Jews, temporarily banned him from Twitter and Instagram.
However, both accounts have since been reactivated.
