Vladimir Putin appeared adrift from reality today when he told the Russians that “the greatest pleasure and happiness are children” when his ballistic missiles killed a nine-year-old girl and her mother in Kiev.

The dictator addressed his people on Children’s Day in both Russia and Ukraine.

‘What does it mean? Maybe it means enjoying, enjoying life.

‘But it seems that those who say so do not understand that the greatest pleasure and happiness are children.’

Strikes have relentlessly battered the capital for weeks.

Interestingly, Putin also informed the Russians about his sleeping habits, as his war inflicted terror on both the Ukrainians and his own people.
