We have an important update on the status of Roloff Farms.
As many celebrity gossip fans know by now, Matt Roloff put 16 acres of this property up for sale in May, stating at the time:
“It’s time to move on to the next season of life.”
This was Matt’s decision, of course, after he bought his ex-wife her share of the farm in 2019.

The thing is, Zach provoked the ire of his own family members by announcing the sale of the farm because both sons, Zach and Jeremy, believed they should have been given the opportunity to take over the business.
Shortly after confirming plans to sell a portion of the lot, Matt elaborated a bit on his thinking, writing that “my twins decided not to consider working together for a possible joint sale.”
He also claimed this spring that the children had “turned over to other interests and investments” and refused a “substantial family discount” to buy the farm.
And in response?

Zach Roloff destroyed his father.
“Once again, as he has done for most of his life, not taking responsibility for his own actions and blaming others,” Zach wrote as a comment to Matt’s aforementioned message, shocking fans and adding in May:
“Dragging the family drama that he created and then manipulating the fanbase to get it right.
“This post is a shocking new low of cowardice and manipulation of his family and children for his own benefit.”

The father of four hasn’t really said anything in response to his son’s criticism, but now we can confirm that Matt has taken his farm off the market.
He did so about a month after confirming that the property had yet to attract a buyer, while adding that big changes were on the way.
“Are you interested in staying in the beautiful five-bedroom house at Roloff Farms?” he reads a new website that makes fun of the land, which is now labeled as a rental house.
The house will be available for rent. Following pumpkin season, according to The Sun, while Matt’s plans to turn part of the farm into a rental will be chronicled in the final season of Little People, Big World.

The long-running TLC series will soon return from a long hiatus.
Here’s a look at the official synopsis:
The Roloff Family faces uncertain times. Many hurt feelings remain over Matt’s decision to sell the north side of the farm and the waiting game begins as to whether Matt can find a buyer.
Zach and Tori are adjusting nicely to their new home in Washington, but there’s no time to relax because baby #3 throws things off by arriving early,” the synopsis continues.
Zach and Tori are now outnumbered and will have to adjust to life with three children. Matt puts his dream house into overdrive because his plan is still to marry Caryn, move out and enjoy her retirement.
Amy and Chris enjoy their first year of marriage, but find themselves caught in the middle of a cold war between Matt and Zach’s family.
Will he heal Matt and Zach’s breakup so the Roloff clan can unite?
