KA-BOOM!
Tammy Slaton just dropped a romantic bombshell on the world of reality TV.
According to The Sun, the long-time £1,000 Sisters star accepted a proposal this week from a guy named Caleb whom she met in rehab.
(The reality star has been trying to recover at this facility since nearly losing his life several months ago due to a medical crisis related to his severe obesity.)

The aforementioned outlet even got video footage of Slaton agreeing to marry her boyfriend in a parking lot outside her weight loss clinic in Ohio … complete with a diamond ring and a kiss on the lips and all.
“She started dating Caleb in rehab, and I am so happy that they have met in person and are not dating online,” a source told this website on Friday, adding:
“They have a lot of the same struggles that they can share. They have been a great support for each other [in rehab]which is amazing.”
In May, Slaton was linked to another person inside this same rehab building.

The 1,000-pound Sisters cast member has been quiet on social media for quite some time, ever since she got backlash for posting so many silly selfies and videos during a time when she was supposed to be focusing on her health.
She hit back hard at critics last spring, but has since chosen to stay away from the spotlight while hopefully doing her best to lose weight and prepare for gastric bypass surgery.
Last we heard, this surgery had been delayed due to some kind of mishap.
Instead, however, the wedding with her now-fiancé is reportedly going full steam ahead.

“The couple plan to have a small private ceremony in Ohio sometime this month,” The Sun reports, adding that Tammy and Caleb have already applied for their marriage license.
Caleb is also reportedly moving to Kentucky to be with Tammy.
Could these nuptials even appear in Season 4 of 1,000 Pound Sisters?
We cannot say for sure at the moment.

Meanwhile, at the start of his second rehab stint late last year, Slaton hit 639 pounds; she must weigh less than 400 pounds to qualify for the surgery cited above.
Tammy has also been on life support after living with a tracheostomy for the last year or so after slipping into a medically induced coma in late 2021.
She “hates” it, a friend told The Sun this summer, while also telling the outlet that Tammy only has to wear this brace part-time these days.
As for what all this means in the future?

The series has not yet been renewed for a new season.
However, sister Amy has been open lately to filming more episodes, as long as she has more free time than in the past to raise her two young children.
Tammy hasn’t said much about the possibility, instead choosing to berate her critics whenever they give her a hard time.
“Maybe stay in your lane, worry about yourself and not worry about what the hell I do,” Slaton replied to this loser a few months ago.
