At the same time, in the next 48 hours, the weather pattern may change in some states and there may be light rain.

According to the latest weather update released by the Indian Meteorological Department, dense to very dense fog is expected in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi for the next 5 days. The outbreak of fog can remain in Uttar Pradesh for the next 3 days. There is a possibility of dense fog in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan for the next 2 to 3 days. Apart from this, the people of Bihar will also have to face dense fog for the next 5 days. Fog is forecast for the next 48 hours in Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur and Tripura. Dense fog will remain in West Bengal, Sikkim and Jharkhand for the next 24 hours.
