The grandchildren allege the suspect regularly ‘played doctor’ with them and bought them undressing toys, and Dominique P. is said to have filmed her daughters-in-law in the bathroom using a hidden camera and shared the footage online.

Dominique P., as he is called by judicial authorities in France, faces trial next year, along with alleged accomplices he met on an online sex forum, for alleged crimes against his wife.

Police have used video and computer data evidence to identify 92 cases of the rape of his wife by 83 men, and to date have identified 51 suspects between the ages of 26 and 73.

Dominique P. is believed to have recruited his wife’s attackers from an online forum called ‘Without Her Knowing’, where users discuss performing sexual acts with unwitting partners, and stored evidence on a USB drive in a file called ‘ABUSES’.

The vast majority of the attacks were filmed, with the videos placed in computer files, complete with the attacker’s name and the type of sexual act.

In his videos, Dominique P. called his wife a “slut” hundreds of times, but insisted he meant it with affection.

He also told the trial judges that he loves his ‘holy’ wife.

His lawyer added that Françoise was “his first love, in fact the only love of his life”.

Dominique P. is alleged to have used the drug Lorazepam to sedate his wife by mixing her with her food, before inviting men to have sex with her while she was unconscious at her home in Mazan, near Avignon.

Investigators learned of the horror after arresting Dominique in 2020 for filming customers’ skirts at a supermarket in nearby Carpentras, with a search of her Provence home uncovering camera equipment and ‘dozens of videos’ of the abuse. of his wife.

The alleged rapists involved in the case include civil servants, ambulance workers, soldiers, prison guards, nurses, a journalist, a municipal councilor, and truck drivers.

Another 19-year-old real estate agent, referred to only as E., was attacked in similar circumstances by Dominique P. in an apartment in the Paris suburb of Villeparisis in 1999, but managed to escape after fighting back.

In the second case, blood was found on the carpet, and in August 2022, the DNA found matched the genetic profile of Dominique P.
